• 30 Days before trip commencement: 80% will be refunded
• 14 Days before trip commencement: 70% will be refunded
• 7 Days before trip commencement: 60% will be refunded
• No refund for cancellations within 2 days before departure.

For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.
The refund will be made through bank transfer or credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Bank fees, if applicable, will be for your account.

Day 1: Arrival Hanoi

Arrive in Hanoi. Welcome to English-speaking guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

Included: Car/Van pick-up from airport and transfer to hotel, English speaking tour guide.

Day 2: Hanoi city tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

8.00 AM: Pick up at Hotel for departure city tour. Visit by coach trip along the Hanoi Old Quarter. We will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake, see the peaceful waters, and visit Ngoc Son temple. Then visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho's final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts. Lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple (Taoist, dating from the Ly Dynasty) and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake (One of the oldest in Vietnam). Have a lunch.

PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum, continue to visit the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. Vietnam's first university constructed in 1070, it"s gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam's past. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi - Ha Long - Cat Ba (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

8.00 am Picks you up at your hotel and leave for Halong.

11.00 am - 12.00 pm: Get on boat to enjoy fantastic sceneries of Ha Long bay. Have lunch on boat. Visit Sung Sot cave - The biggest one of Ha long bay (5 hours boat trip). Then continue cruising to Lan Ha Bay where you can see Three Cat Dua, Five Cat Dua and fishing village. Enjoy dinner with seafood. Take part in interesting games and spend a romantic night on boat.

Day 4: Cat Ba National Park (Trekking – Kayaking - Fishing ) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

AM: After breakfast on boat and enjoy a sunrise cruise in the breathtaking scenery of Halong. Cruise to Lan Ha Bay, change to a small boat for explore Lan Ha Bay, Monkey Island, kayaking or fishing and swimming at Van Boi beach. Then take a boat to Cat Ba Island. Check in hotel, lunch.

PM: After lunch, take a bus along the remote village to Tran Chau village. Then trekking along path to visit Phap village, continue on to trekking through the pine forest, the fields to Ang Goi in Xuan Dam village, stop for visiting area of bee hatching, garden of fruit, swimming. Then take a bus back to hotel. Have dinner. Overnight in Cat Ba.

AM: Breakfast and return to Ha Long City by boat. On the way, we will stop for swimming and taking photograph. Have lunch in the restaurant in Ha Long.

PM: Return to Ha Noi, via Hai Duong city for short break. Arrive Hanoi at 18h00. Overnight at hotel

Day 6: Hanoi - Sapa (Breakfast)

19.30pm (with standard & Superior types) or 20.45pm (with Deluxe type): pick up at the hotel. Transfer to railway station in Hanoi where you will catch the night train to Lao Cai/( Soft sleeper/4 berth). Overnight on train.

Included: Breakfast at hotel, Car transfers to train , train ticket with air con soft sleeper (Standard type/2*: Green Train or Pumkin or Royal or Friendly - Superior type/3*: Livitrans or King or Tulico - Deluxe type/4*: Victoria).

Day 7: Lao Cai station – Sapa - Cat cat village (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

You will arrive at the Lao Cai Station between 5-7:30 AM. There you will meet the bus guide and transfer to Sapa town. After having breakfast and a shower, you will start the half-day walk to Cat Cat village occupied by the Black H'mong tribe. You will experience the tribal way of life while enjoying wonderful views of the terraced rice paddy fields and the waterfall in Cat Cat. After the walk, you will be back to the Hotel at around noon to check-in and be on time for lunch (11AM-2PM) in the hotel restaurant. For the rest of the afternoon, you will be free to explore Sapa town on your own. Dinner will be in the hotel restaurant from 4-8 PM. You will spend the night in the Hotel.

Day 8: Sapa - Bac Ha market or Lao Chai - Ta Van Village - Hanoi (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Especially Bac Ha Minority Market which only open on Sunday morning. If your plan is not Sunday, so we will change Bac Ha Market tour into Lao Chai - Ta Van tour for you. Thank you!!

Bac Ha is the meeting place of many different ethnic tribes who come to share their culture as well as sell their wares, food, and livestock. At the market, you will have the opportunity to experience all of the different tribes' food and unique clothing. At lunch you can taste local dishes and try the wines made from rice, corn, and fruit. Upon leaving you will see the H'mong king's house that was built by the French and Chinese in the 1920s. You will leave the market in the afternoon for a return to train station for the night train to Lao Cai. You will have dinner at restaurant near train station.

OR LAO CHAI - TA VAN VILLAGE TOUR (Breakfast/lunch/dinner)

Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 6:30-9 AM. After breakfast you will check out and leave your luggage in the luggage storage room to prepare for your trek. At around 9 AM you will begin your 12 km trek on small trails down the Muong Hoa Valley towards the Black H'mong village of Lao Chai. The Muong Hoa Valley contains some of the most beautiful views of rice paddy fields in Asia. After having lunch along the Muong Hoa river in Lao Chai, you will continue along the bottom of the valley to get to the Dzay tribe village of Ta Van to experience their way of life. At around 2PM you will be transferred back to the hotel by bus where you can take a shower, eat dinner in the hotel and then head to Lao Cai station for night train back to Hanoi.

Day 9: Arrival on Hanoi

You will arrive in Hanoi between 4-6:30 AM at the Tran Quy Cap train station. End tour and see you again.
