This trip is not extremely difficult, and is suitable for any level of fitness. There will be around 5 hours of cycling. The trip begins in the morning at around 08:00. Set off along the forest tracks, small winding paths, and off-road dirt tracks. Your guide will be able to point out areas of interest such as historical sites and cultural locations.
