Your guide will pick you up at your Hanoi hotel at around 08:30 to begin this full-day city tour.
First you’ll head by shuttle bus to the Hanoi Opera House, and then you’ll visit the Ho Chi Minh complex that’s seen as a unifying symbol for the people of the country. It is home to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Uncle Ho’s house, and the 1-Pillar Pagoda as well.
Next on the itinerary is Tran Quoc Pagoda, situated by the dazzling West Lake. This is one of the most picturesque attractions in Hanoi, created by a harmonious design that takes advantage of the watery landscape.
Continue on to the Temple of Literature, the site of the oldest university in the country, before stopping for a Vietnamese lunch at a restaurant nearby.
Following the break, you’ll see Ngoc Son Temple, one of Hanoi’s most picturesque structures, and hear some of the interesting stories about it.
Enjoy a leisurely hour’s drive around Hanoi’s Old Quarter, taking in the maze of labyrinthine streets and the daily life of the locals.
Take a break to enjoy a water puppet show that demonstrates a well-loved traditional Vietnamese art form. Later you can sip a cup of special coffee as you watch the bustling life of the locals in the late afternoon, as your tour ends.
