We would especially like to thank Hana and Tuna for making us feel so very welcome and guiding us so professionally through the streets of Hanoi and taking us to several places to eat.

From the very beginning until now, she has been very helpful and has tried to cater to all my requirements to plan this trip. I would like to say that I\'m so glad I found this tour operating company and even more thankful that I have been assigned to a planner who has been not only helpful but very friendly as well.
