Rolled Rice Cake (Phở cuốn)
The dish is easy to make, with a wide sheet of steamed noodle. The noodle sheet covers a mixture of pork, shrimp, and herbs in side, simple but make the best of all taste.
The rolled rice noodle is usually used with fish sauce. The sauce is added with garlic, chilly pepper, lime juice and a little bit of sugar. The sauce would taste sour, spicy, sweet and briny. At times people put some perfume herbs in the sauce to make well attractive smell.
The dish is often seen on streets around the Old Quarter if you go on a food tour, the price is quite reasonably cheap, but may put great imppression on the customers.
