Vermicelli with tofu and shrimp paste (Bún đậu mắm tôm)

    The dish is easy to make, only a little preparation is needed including some vermicelli, some tofu, pork, spring roll and shrimp sauce. Tofu is fried to make fatty taste. When you use shrimp sauce, you should add some lime juice, pepper and a little sugar. 

   Famous for its common and rusticity, the dish is said to be familiar with all people. sold by street vendors, It can be found everywhere in Old Quarter. But there are only a number of famous stalls in some secret areas that most peole hardly know, even Vietnamese aborigines.
